More and more people are catching on to the term of “creating abundance” in their lives. Abundance of time, abundance of money, abundance of good health, etc. The abundance part can refer to anything. If you’ve never heard the term before, you’re probably asking yourself what steps you need to take in order to create this situation. It’s all about obtaining the right mindset. Abundance (or lack of it) is a way of thinking.
There are quite a few effective exercises that can build your abundance mindset. Experts will all tell you that feeling better (healthier, happier, etc.) actually promotes being better, healthier, happier, etc. If you can start to feel the positive emotions inside, they will be reflected on the outside as well. Unfortunately, this is easier to proof when we take negative situations as examples because everyone can relate to these. When you feel bad due to illness, depression or the circumstances that surround you, you know that things often seem to get worse. The term “I just had a bad day” is a good example of this. When you start the day off on the wrong foot, it often proceeds to get worse as the negative feelings accumulate.
But have you taken the time to notice when you wake up feeling great? It makes a difference in the way the rest of your day goes. If you haven’t felt too good when you wake up in the morning for a while, that’s where you need to start. When you wake up, take a minute to think about what you are thankful for, what you do have. Focus on that as much as you can and try to concentrate on that for the rest of your day.
Here are some other easy tips to create a sense of good feelings and having more than you need in your life. Many of our concerns start with money. And there are some simple tricks that you can do to make yourself feel more financially secure. Keep cash in your wallet. Even better, break a 10-dollar bill into ones and keep that there. Whenever you open your wallet, your unconscious mind will pick up on you always having money. Believe it or not, this is an effective step towards the creating abundance mindset.
Also, look at how you pass your money on in a different way. Instead of thinking of paying your bills as throwing money out of your pocket, think of it as contributing to the economy. You are not actually spending money, but circulating it to benefit everyone. Some of the money you pass on will go to other workers’ wages, others will allow service to be given to people in your area.
These are just a couple of simple techniques that you can start with right away. Don’t brush them off because they seem to simple or too abstract. Put them to the test in your own life and you’ll be pleasantly surprised at how easy the creating abundance mindset can start rolling for you.
