Is there a good diet for abs?? That is a question many people either don’t know the answer to or they didn’t know there was such a thing called diet for abs. Really it’s not just for abs; it’s to help you get a flatter stomach.

See, you can’t just do a diet and think you are going to get abs. Just like you can’t just do crunches and sit ups and get abs. The two have to go together and there is no way around that.

The Funny thing is, not every diet or workout plan is for everyone that tries it. If that was the case we would all have six packs with 1% body fat. So it’s very important to pick out a good diet and workout plan that is going to work for you at your own pace.

Once you have found the right combination of the two then you have to have your mind right; to go out and do it. You have to make a commitment and stick to it because their are going be times where you don’t think you are getting the results you deserve.

Eat plenty of high fiber foods. Fruit is one of the best high fiber foods a you can eat. Now you don’t have to bundle up on fruit in one big serving; you need to spread it out throughout the day.

Vegetables, yes that’s right vegetables, if you don’t like them, you better start learning to like them. If you want those cut abs, you are going to have get veggues involved in your diet.

I’m sure you remember a certain vegetable most kids, including myself, hated to eat. You guessed it, broccoli. However this is considered a very high octane fiber veggie so make sure you include fresh broccoli thoughout your day. A delicious way to do that is make sure it’s fresh and cold, then spice it up with a low fat and calorie dressing or dip.

Now a more attractive type of food out there for you to eat is nuts. Just about any kind of nuts have good fiber. You have almonds, peanuts, cashews, brazil nuts, but go with the unsalted and those dipped in fatty oil. These and other nut are excellent for fiber and not only they will help keep your cholesterol under control.

Now you have an idea for a diet for your abs. All you have to do is just implement that into your workout schedule and you should be on your way to rocking your six pack.
